Kid's headphones - better or worse than speaker?
My wife bought my daughter some kid's headphones for her ipad.
I told my wife - its fine for my daughter to use it for her online class but when she's playing on her ipad or watching videos I don't want her to use the headphones.
I feel that its more damaging to the ears/hearing than if you have the sound come out from the speaker. I feel that the sound that comes from the speaker is more diffused and not just focused INTO the ear.
My wife says "their kids headphones so there's a limit to the sound level"
I don't know...I still think that its probably better to limit use of the headphones.
What do you all think?
I'm currently away from home so I have no access to the ipad/headphones so I can't test it out
Thanks

As long as it is not being blasted I don’t see anything wrong with it.
It can be very annoying to listen to other people’s things also so the headphones can be a life saver especially now when everyone is on top of one another. Ask your wife if the noise is bothering her as you said you are not home to see what is going on.
