Kids party entertainment?
We are having a 1st birthday party for Claire at a restaurant with about 10-15 kids most under 6. I wanted to have some small type of entertainment for the kids to make it fun, like balloons, cotton candy, puppets or something similar, nothing too crazy
Does anyone have any recommendations for someone to hire, or suggestions for kids entertainment? Thanks!

GASP! A CLOWN? I think you're better off with a character - Barney /Teletubbies would be good for a 1 year old - but not for the 6 year olds...What would you say the bulk of the age group is? If you get come someone I would make sure they give you the balloon animals -a hit no matter what age.
Have you been to Star Traks? You can get a ton of stuff there to entertain all of the kids without having to hire someone. Small crafts, favors etc.

FYI, cuddles the clown offers characters. I have used them for my kids parties.

OMG-- I had the umber until recently.. lol.. Thinking what woul.d I need this mans number inFlorida..lol
There is a guy who works? in or for the Ground Round on347- He does charactures of the kids and balloon animals and things, and he is soo funny- and friendly. He was very fair priced, and used to working ina restauraunt setting too-- We tried to hire him for my sons last party, but he was booked. I am sure you could try to call the Ground round and ask them. As far as I know he is still there.. HTH.. Good Luck!

Re: Kids party entertainment?
Thanks for all the feedback, I got some good ideas. I was hesitant on a clown or character since it is at a restaurant I wanted to be simple and wanted something more universal. Im gonna look into a cotton candy machine and maybe balloon animals....Also Ill call the ground round for info on that guy! Thanks again!
