Kids with white spots on their skin?

I am a nanny for 3 kids. The oldest (10yrs old) goes "On this cheek, are there spots that are a different color?" So I am looking and yes, I saw that there were three spots that were not tan like the rest of his face, they were white circles almost. So I asked him what had happened and at first he responded "oh it's nothing" then he responds "it's this sort of disease but it's not contagious" so of course I freak out. I am 38 weeks pregnant and it's already super stressful watching 3 kids while pregnant because they are ALWAYS sick and no matter how many times I ask them to please top putting their fingers in their mouths, ears, nose, and eyes, they KEEP doing it then touching everything in my home. I know kids do this but literally, they are constantly sick with everything under the sun.

Has anyone ever heard of this "spots disease" does anyone know what it is? Should I call their dad and ask them. I mean, I guess he would have told me if it was something serious but maybe he forgot to let me know?

The mom obviously knows you are pregnant, & as a mother I would hope that she would tell you if it was something you had to worry about. Did you / are you going to ask her about it?
