I know she has denied butt implants but come on, look at the difference! And it doesn't look good. Shame because she used to be a lot prettier before she messed herself up.
I think she has fat lipo'd from other areas and injected directly into her butt.
Agree, she probably did a Brazilian butt lift. I hear that if you gain weight after the procedure it mostly goes to your butt since you had so many fat cells injected their.

I think she had a brazilian butt lift, it's not implants, it's a fat transfer, and it makes the shape exactly like she has.
I won't post pics because they may be too risqué, but just google image "brazilian butt lift before and after" and look at the pics, it's CRAZY how "good" the results are. Kim just went way overboard.

Looks like when my son would be home with daddy all day as a toddler, and I'd come home and find DH didn't change his pee pee diaper for hours. It would be like a big balloon bouncing around behind him.
