Kim Zolciak caught smoking while pregnant
I'm not judging...I'm really not. I was a smoker for a loooooooong time before I got pregnant. I'm just so shocked that she is so blase about it.

So my ex boss smoked her whole pregnancy too.
She said that she worked with her Dr to "cut down" from close to a pack a day to just a 3-4 cigs a day.
So at the end, she'd go outside to smoke- with her big ole belly.
And yes, it just looked so wrong.
Her baby was born super tiny too- they say smoking leads to low birth weight and in her case it was the truth.
I don't judge either- I've never been a smoker so I have no idea how hard it must be to quit something that is so physically addicting.

Are you sure she was still pregnant? Maybe she already had the baby and her stomach hadn't gone down yet?

 but she just got done having a baby...she smoked all through that one too? 2 babies back to back isn't enough time to quit? I hate seeing that...it's so unfair. Babies don't ask to be brought into this world.
I know my old boss was actually advised by her dr not to quit cold turkey when she was pg. but come on...this woman just popped one out recently...she knows better

I think this is an old picture. I have such a hard time believing that her husband, who is as "strict" as he is, would allow that.

isn't something weird about it? I don't know...I just find it hard to believe..well, no. I can see it...just not with Kroy and kids nearby and def. not on a crowded beach.

I was a smoker for a long time when I got pregnant and the second I found I was pregnant I stopped. Anyone who can't quit smoking while pregnant is a selfish person period.

thats what i was thinking too at first but in one of the pics it looks like the ash is longer than in the others which makes me think it's not.

I want to agree. If u look at her Instagram she has a picture from like yesterday and she has NO belly at all!
