Kimberly Snyder
I have been reading Kimberly Snyder's book The Beauty Detox Solution. I'm trying to follow her suggestions for food combining, eating light to heavy, etc. Has anyone else read her book? Follow her meal plan? It's hard! Esp cutting out dairy - I think that's most difficult for me!

Haven't read it at all but cutting out dairy is a very good thing. You will notice a change in your skin/weight/ everything. Cows milk is horrible for you.
