kind of funny story

i've been meaning to post this for awhile, and i think it might lighten the mood a little bit today

so... in the beginning of the summer, my friend "ron" randomly hit on this girl "laura" at starbucks. they started seeing each other, and she would hang out with our group of friends. Laura goes to school in Paris (amazing, right!?) and left just before labor day.
lauras friend amy decided to throw laura a going away party and invited our group of friends (even though we're not super close to laura). it was going to be at laura's moms house. BUT, amy and ron forgot to plan the most important part- getting laura out of the house!! so our friend dennis was the first to get there, rings the doorbell and laura answers the door!!! shes like " Dennis, what are you doing here?!" and hes like ' what AM i doing here?!" can you imagine?! LOL like what do you do in that situation when you're going to a surprise party and the guest of honor answers the door?! LOL
eventually everything got straightened out and we had a great night, but oh man! it was too funny!
