King Quality Contruction
reviews? We are getting pricing and it is our first estimate, we probably bring in two more companies that have been recommended here but wanted to see if this company had any reviews.
BBB says a grade A

They were the most expensive (by a lot) when we were looking for a new roof. That was 4 years ago, so that may have changed by now.

I don't know about price, but they have done work around our house and they did a really great job (this was actually for my parents house).

We had our siding done by them less than a year ago. I would say overall my husband and I were pleased!

they did our siding and installed a few windows in. they made a big mistake with one of the windows but they did come back to fix it. my only complaint is that they could have spackled it a little better since they made the mistake. otherwise i thought they were very good and finished the job when they said they would. also left the place clean, and they were prompt.

I kept hearing how expensive they were, and they did give us an expensive quote. We got other estimates, went back to them and told them the number we needed to be under and they gave us that price. I thought they were very easy to negotiate with, but we did have to ask. Overall I feel like we told them what we wanted, and what we wanted to pay and they agreed to it. They are starting work on the house next week so I don't know how the finished product is, but they were recommeded by a friend who was happy with them.

i expect to bring at least two other companies in to do a estimate as well and then see who will meet our price (with in reason) we want quality work but i do not want to be overcharged for it.

We just had our siding done by them. They did a nice job, however we financed through them. The sales reps were VERY pushy. Then they messed up our monthly payment. The sales rep told us one thing and when the bill came it was $60 more. I wish I would have met with a few more companies before signing with them. We paid $13K for a dormered cape.

You aren't kidden with price - OUCH our estimate was high but they are doing the tear down and removal of all the cedar shake. I am going to get comparable pricing but I have to say the siding they use in literature is amazing.

The owner's name is Matt.
We did a tremendous remodel - they did a fantastic job. I always say this but it means a lot to me - the crew was SO neat, meaning tidy. Loved them!

My mom paid just under 12k for siding, roof and gutters! and they had to rip off 3 layers of roof and replace a ton of wood too. she also got the gutters that dont let leaves in, I forget what they are called.
she raves about the contractor she used.
she has a 5 bedroom ranch- with an extension, its a huge roof and home to side.
she did NOT use king quality

without getting into a long story...they were not very honest when my mom used them and i would never use them again nor recommend them...there are many other good companies out there...i would look else where.....
