Kings Park School district
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how this district is? I have a friend who is looking to buy there and she asked me and I had no idea.

Re: Kings Park School district
Its an amazing district. Fingers crossed that we can move there in the future! I found the taxes a bit higher than neighboring districts though.
We are very happy with our district now too, but its a bit far from where we work.

Re: Kings Park School district
Great School District!!!! I grew up there. Went to RJO, Fort Salonga, W.T. Rogers Middle School, & KP HS! (all kp district)
It might be the lowest paying district but it's a really great one.....a lot of teachers from there actually graduated KP and came back to teach. I know several. Loved probably every single one of my teachers from there.
Nothing to worry about!

Re: Kings Park School district
Wonderful district. My sister's kids are in school there and I have countless friends/relatives in both KP and Ft. Salonga whose kids go there and echo this sentiment. It is a smallish district, that is known to be "frugal" but they do a tremendous amount with what they have. I have always though neighboring districts could learn a lot from them (mine included).
