I have Henckels Eversharp. I received them 10 years ago and never once needed sharpening.....Love them!

This is what we have also. DH used to sell this stuff and swears by it. Between Wustof and Henckel, I don't think you can go wrong.

We have Henckles Eversharp too...my parents have had them for years and they're still great, so I figured they were good for me too.
The steak knives are inexpensive - $30 for 8 at Bed Bath & Beyond. Use a coupon for an additional 20% off!
