I get it now... So when you drop food on the floor then put it back in the pot the heat sterilizes it so it's safe to feed your customers.......

it's over now... it was on 5 from 9 PM to 10 PM.
the family seems really nice and they made some great changes. honestly, i'd like to check the place out. i wish them well.

DH and I ate there a couple of months ago. It was good - I had some sort of Guiness beef stew in a bread bowl - which was really yummy. Can't remember what DH had but I thought it was the shepherds pie - though if it was, it definately wasn't in that huge crock.
It was funny that afterwards we saw in the front foyer, pictures from Kitchen Nightmares - not sure when they filmed it. And we were like "We have got to watch this episode."
