Kitty Hawk in Mid May
We are heading to Kitty Hawk the second week of May for a wedding and are staying for a week. Anyone know of anything fun to do while we are there? Thanks.

I was there a long time ago, but there is a beach not far and there is the WRight Bros. musuem and site (where the first airplane took off from) that was kind of interesting.
That's really all I remember...

my parents have a beach house not far from there on cape hatteras- there is a lot to do in the kitty hawk area! you can go to the wright brothers memorial, theres a lot of miniature golf places, restaurants, shopping- it will probably be becah weather then, so you can hit the beach. you can take about an hour ride onto cape hatteras and go up the cape hatteras lighthouse for a great view... lots to do! have fun- its amazing down there!!
