knee pain
I've had knee pain on and off for the last 10 years or so ....basically since I ran HS track and was a dancer. It's gotten worse in the last few years . I really never got it checked out ...I would just rest , ice, and be good to go. Now it's to the point that I can't ignore it anymore. Do you think I should go to an orthopedic doctor or what?

You sound like me. Same thing with the knee pain. Definitely see an orthopedic doctor, they can send you for an MRI to see what's going on.
