Re: Knee problem. .any that can help???
I had/still have the same problem. I went to get it checked, they thought I had a torn meniscus but the MRI didn't show that.. however it showed changes in the cartilage in my knees, that it's degenerating... don't know why.
Best of luck, hope you feel better soon! Go see an orthopedist and they can tell you what the problem is.

I just saw an orthopedist for a similar condition - I have chondromalacia patella and it requires 8 weeks of physical therapy . Definitely make a dr appt.

It could be one of any number of things. That's a fairly common symptom for lots of different knee problems. Go see an ortho!

Re: Knee problem. .any that can help???
What other times does it hurt you? Does it hurt when you go up or down steps? Does it hurt when you twist? Does it hurt when you do a squat? Do you notice any noises, such as a pop, or a locking in it? I'm in sports medicine and it could be a number of things, but your best bet is an ortho. For now, until you know what it is, it's prolly best to rest, ice for 20 minutes at a time, and take NSAIDs if necessary...
