Know anyone who needs an apartment?
A mom in my son's class is looking to rent out her lower level of her home.
She lives in Franklin Square...great neighborhood.
She said the apartment is brand new, ceramic floors, new everything.
I believe she said she's looking for $1100 a month...for a single person or couple...no families.
I don't know many other details.
If you or someone you know might be interested, FM me your info and I'll have her contact you.
Thanks!
~Valerie

Re: Know anyone who needs an apartment?
Someone posted that her friend was looking a few days ago, but said friend has a child.
This landlord might want to know that it's illegal to refuse to rent to someone because she / he has a child. You can set an occupancy limit (# of people), but you can't set an age limit (i.e., no kids). Not that I think it's your responsibility to tell her this -- but she shouldn't be advertising that.

Re: Know anyone who needs an apartment?
My best friend lives in Island Park right now, with her fiance and they're looking to possibly move back to FS. (we grew up together in FS) :)
How many bedrooms is it? Does that rent include everything?
Could you please FM me more details so I can let them know?
Thank you so much!

Oh...I ahd no clue about that. I've never rented out an apartment, nor ever lived in one so I'm clueless.
I'll be sure to tell her about that. Thanks!
