they were on wendy williams the other day and wendy brought up plastic surgery.
kim explained tha she is open ab out it..she did the lipo thing on tv, did the botox thing on tv...so if she had something done, she would admit it. she insists that everything is real, including her boobs. she explained that she tapes them up and that they are in fact saggy and real.  and in the dress she was wearing, they looked very much real and saggy lol.
i actually think she is telling the truth. beause you can make real boobs look fake with tape and push-ups, but you really cant make fake ones look real, KWIM??
just a random thought.

OKAY With the boobs MAYBE she is telling the truth I can see that.
But her face had more done it than botox. I think she did that episode so she could have this argument that she is "open @ surgery".
Her nose and cheeks are totally different now. The changes are fairly recent too. Like in the first season her hairline, face was fuller etc. Now she looks plastic. Maybe nose job or something to her cheeks and nose.

yes, i agree. makeup really can do wonders. and she wears a LOT and allll the time.
