Labels for daycare
Where did you get labels to mark items for daycare?
Specifically, fabric labels. I've marked bottles, feeding items, etc. already with a sharpie but need to do their clothes.
TIA

Re: Labels for daycare
For my grandmother's clothes at the nursing home my mom uses an iron on strip that she can write on. I think she got it in our local 5&10 where they have a lot of knitting and sewing supplies.
In a pinch I know she cuts up iron on patches and writes on those.

Like the last post said the iron on's are good and use a perm pen to write name. You can get that at wal-mart in the sewing section. Found this label website

Re: Labels for daycare
I use Mabel's Labels. So far they are pretty good. I have only neen using them for about 1.5 months.
They have the iron on ones that are a PITA IMO, and they also have "tag mates" that you can stick on the tags (duh...) I love those!! mabel's

Thanks.
This is what I'm looking for.
My iron has been retired for over a year... there just aren't enough hours in the day to iron in labels for both of them.

Just a tip for tha bottle labeling-a lot of day care centers want you to put the date on your bottles too. I stopped using the sharpie and just put a new piece of masking tape on in the morning with the name and date.
