ladies coming to the GTG on 4/25/09 - i need your help!!
i spoke with the manager at TGI Friday's where the GTG will be held (don't forget, 4/25/09 at 7pm, Fridays on Route 110 in Huntington  )
i believe that since we have such a large group coming that it would be easiest to do a fixed price menu.
this will include pitchers of water and soda on the tables, 5 large plates of appetizers, a menu with a choice of 5 entrees (including chicken, fish and steak) and either ice cream or cheesecake for dessert.
because not everyone drinks, i thought that it would be the most fair for anyone who wants alcohol to purchase it themselves from the bar or the servers - i will try and work something out with the manager there.
i am wondering, what would you expect to pay for a set up like this? (including tax and gratuity). i am not experienced with this so any help you can all give me is much appreciated!!

I would think about $15-20. Maybe $25 if it includes apps and dessert

Yup, I'd say about $15-25.
BUT
I heard a very NASTY rumor that Friday's is taking off fried macs and cheese from their menu. It is enough to make me want to boycott them for life. I take very few stands on things, but THIS is OUTRAGEOUS!!!
I may have to back out on this GTG.

Are you setting up the Fixed price?
Beacuse my sister says Tgif's doesnt do fixed price?
eta- and  and not much she can do cause its not her store but she can request we get good waiters

hey - i jsut saw this. i spoke with a manager there and they don't normally do fixed price but they have before and they are willing to do it again.
i am not sure what everyone wants to do - we can't all get separate checks, but they are willing to let us pick from the full menu. it won't be fixed price but we'll all have to split the bill.
argh okay i will start a new poll. i have to figure this out by saturday!.

We tried to order them at the TGIF on 110 and the waitress said that they are NO MORE!
