Ladies: I am being So bad right now and LOVING IT! (updated with Caffeine info for those who care for it)
We had a Giants Rally in my office.
I’m not even a Giants fan but all the upper management was there so I put in an appearance.
I knew they’d have chips and soda but I didn’t think I wanted any of it.
UNTIL I SAW THOSE DORITOS!
Got myself a big cup worth of them and munched away. Then I saw the chilled can of Dr. Pepper calling my name.
I was once addicted to caffeine (specifically Dr. Pepper) when I was younger. Had severe kidney damage that I recovered from and also had to go through withdrawal. I drink Dr. Pepper only twice a year now.
I gave up coke/tea totally in Jan. I gave up Coke last Feb.
But I couldn’t resist. So I’m nursing my can of Dr. Pepper right now like a convict savoring freedom. Damn does it taste GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!

I don't drink the stuff, but I thought Dr. Pepper was caffeine free?
Or maybe I'm thinking of root beer.....

Your description actually makes me want a Dr. Pepper right now and I almost never drink those. Hope they have that in my vending machine. You savor your freedom.

All root beer with the exception of Barq’s is caffeine free.
Dr. Pepper is one of the highest forms of caffeine I think even beating a cup of coffee.
I believe the only standard soda with more caffeine is Mountain Dew. After that you get into the energy drinks like Jolt, etc.
So this is a real treat for me. Which I’ll promise to drink all four bottles of water after I’m done.

Ah yes the taste of sharp flavor and ice cold with that sweet sweet tang of caffeine. I am in HEAVEN! It’s like liquid candy for me.
