ladies im officially 30lbs lighter than i was in july!
ive been on a diet since july and yesterday i weighed myself an hit the 30lb loss mark. and im going to keep going. thanks for letting me share.

yeah i did a diet called deadline fitness by gina lombardi. got the book from the library. its based upon weight and tells you how much protein, fat and carbs your allowed per meal. and what i like is i can eat normal foods and the portions are big.

thanks. im going to try and drop another 10 lbs. i treated myself to homemade apple pie with chocolate ice cream tonight and it was sooo good.
