Ladies who chart
I just finished my last pack of BCP and I have a question.
Do I have to wait until next month to start charting or can I start when I get AF this week?
Sorry if it's a stupid question, I am absolutley clueless!

You should start on the first day of your cycle (which is the first day of your actual flow), but if you just got AF, you can start right away. It's more important for pregnancy avoiders to temp their entire cycle than pregnancy achievers. Good luck!

The longer you can chart before actually TTC, the longer you will have to get to know your body and see patterns in your temp, CM and luteal phase. So I would say definitely start now! Good luck!
