LADIES WHO USED OPK'S
When in your cycle are you supposed to start using them? I was thinking when AF stops but not sure

I start on day 10. I know I usually O between CD 13 & 15, but I O early once, so I start CD 10 to make sure I don't miss peak days.
If you don't know your cycle yet, then your OPK should have a pamphlet which tells you that depending on how long your cycle is, when you should start using them.

i just started this month and i did start from the day after my AF, b/c i didnt want to miss it LOL however i didnt O until CD19 so next month i will wait till CD10 before i start using them
