Ladies who wear sheer nail polish, how do you keep it from streaking?
I don't get manis, I do my nails myself, and I love the look of sheer polish but when I do it, it looks awful and streaky. How do I get it to look nice???

I have to use a base coat and I usually have to apply 2-3 thin coats in order to avoid streaks

I usually use Essie First Base as a base coat, but I just bought Seche Vite Ridge Filling base coat. Have you ever used that?

I use Essie's (the one that looks like a clear green?) and then apply the nail polish.. I don't use the other one though. my go to sheers is usually like linen or ballet slippers or adorable
