Ladies who were on PIO for the 1st Trimester
How long exactly did you have to keep doing the shots? When can I expect the sore tushy to end?

I think many RE's do this differently. At 7 weeks, they reduced my PIO's to 1/2 cc for about 3 or 4 days, then I completely stopped by 7 1/2 weeks.
ETS: I know many ladies stay on the PIO through the 1st trimester too.
