Ladies with dark brown hair and pale skin...
I need advice I want to start coloring my hair professionally because I have some grey to cover and the at home kits wash out after a week. My ?'s are: where do you go? and do you get highlights or just color? What do you recommend? Thanx in advance

This is me! I go to a place in Queens (which probably doesn't help you...if it does, feel free to FM). Usually I get just a single process--an auburn color. I got highlights once which were a gold-ish color. They were OK, but the price was   I'm thinking about getting back on the highlight horse the next time.
