I was never a huge fan of hers but the more I hear her on interviews, the more I love her. She seems like such a nice, down to earth person. I dont care how crazy she dresses, if that's what she likes then rock it girl.

Agreed! It's crazy how "normal" she is!
She just did an interview on Z100 and she was talking about how she still has the same apartment she had like 6 years ago or something. She also gave them a recipe for her gravy (sauce). I'm starting to like her more and more! Sure she's eccentric but she's also pretty normal!

I really disliked her, and then I started to listen to some of her interviews and documentaries, etc. She seems really cool and down to earth and I enjoy listening to her speak.
But then I see her wearing her ridiculous outfits and it turns me off a little again. It's like she's trying too hard and there is no need - her personality and her talent are more than enough to make her a huge success.

This is basically how I feel about her. I like her music, but I hate the shtick. She doesn't need it.

I give her a ton of respect...
Yes, I  at her outfits and what not, but she is an extremely intelligent person.
I saw an interview (Dateline, 20/20, 60 seconds?? one of those) and she said that she dresses like this so that that is what people talk about - The Pap wiill leave her personal life out of the papers.
And from what I see, its working. You never really hear about her personal stuff.

As someone who remembers Bowie and Grace Jones in their hey day I'm always ((((yawn)))) when people say she's so unique, innovative, etc with the outfits.
I read the other day she's coming out with a book of photos Didn't Madonna do that 20+ years ago.
