lamaz video? repost from PG Board
Can any one recommend a good lamaz video I took 2 out from the library and they were soooo not what I was looking for. I am looking for breathing techniques what your partner can do to help.... stuff like that with out having to take a class...

we also used Laugh & Learn About Childbirth...
it teaches a lot...
its looks like its stuck in the 80s and will make u laugh a little but it gets the point across.

I also used the Laugh and Learn DVD. It was very informative...you just have to get past the INCREDIBLY annoying instructor. I think we got it from Amazon.
