Lamaze Last Night
I took my first lamaze class....I thought it would be a little more informative so I was a little disappointed, and our teacher was a little cooky...but overall, we did learn some breathing techniques, and we go back next week. The upside is that we had a tour of L&D!!

I have to say I love the "Laugh and Learn" video. It's full of great information about the anatomy, signs of labor, labor techniques and more. Its cheesy '90's but I love sitting there on couch with DH watching the segments. It might be a good supplement if you feel you want more information and help understanding.
