Lands End Backpack
My sons backpack zipper is broken, and I coulda sworn there was some kinda "warranty" on them...Does anybody know if this is correct or am I completly losing my mind???

Head to Sears with it. They'll give you your full amount that you paid back. Definitely order again from there.
I've done it twice before when the seams were threaded after 2 years.

HUGE shout out to Lands' End- Rj broke his 1.5yr old back pack; I called their customer service line and without a hesitation, no questions asked a brand new replacement is on its way- embroided and all! LOVE when business do the right thing!!! So glad I spent the extra $$$$ for a quality product and exceptional customer service!!!
