Lap for endometriosis
I will probably need one. Those who have BTDT, how was it? How was recovery? Do the scars fade? I'm nervous. Thanks!

Re: Lap for endometriosis
I’ve had it twice in the last 16 years. The scars are tiny little holes. Depends on your surgeon and the severity. With my first RE I was super young and I recovered very fast even though he removed stage 4. With my second, I was over a decade older and I had a very hard time recovering. The pain was awful and it took me a while to feel somewhat better. He also made an extra incision. It’s definitely worth it if you are in need.

Lap for endometriosis
Scars or very small. Only my husband knows about them and probably doesn't even notice. Now that I'm 3 years out I barely see them. For me the lap wasn't so bad. I took the pain meds and relaxed a few days. Then I was okay to resume normal life. Good luck.
