Lap swimming ? (local to Smithtown)
I know Stonybrook has a program, which if I remember correctly was $50 per month.
Does anyone know of any local gyms or schools that allow lap swimming early mornings ? that are not as pricey.

The new lafitness in Smith town will have a pool. I was told when not in use for classes you can use the pool for laps
