Lasagna roll ups
Do you just make them the same way you'd make lasagna except roll each one individually?
Also - does this freeze well?? I am thinking about making them over the weekend and wanted to make a lot and freeze them.

Re: Lasagna roll ups
I made this about 2 months ago. Word of advice from someone on here, place them seam side down, and make them in an assembly line style. A little time consuming, but worth it. They are great and work out really well when cutting them, it makes it easy to cut by doing them individually. I am sure it freezes well. I got my recipe and used it as a guide from kraft interactive kitchen. HTH

Re: Lasagna roll ups
yes, you can freeze them... boil the noodles and in a bowl mix the cheese, egg, and whatever else you want in them ( i like to brown and crumble sausage and mix it in, yum), put a spoonful towards the end of one side, roll up, place seam down in baking dish, cover in desired sauce.... so easy and easier and neater to serve than cutting a piece from a big one
