Laser hair removal safe while BFing?
I am due any day now and my midwife keeps forgetting to get tihs question answered for me. Anyone know if this is safe while BFing? Getting it done on my face/neck area.

I do not believe it affects breastfeeding. I looked it up on Kellymom.com

I am a licensed esthetician and used to do Laser hair removal..We did not work on pregnant women but if you were breastfeeding we were allowed to work on women. But each Laser Place is different and have their own set of rules. The laser is a blue light that targets the hair follicle once it's complete it doesn't stay in your body or affect other parts.
