Last Minute Shower Dress Help

Okay, my shower is on Saturday.

I ordered the dress below. I am soooo enormous....I look terrible. Even with my hair color and cut, nice heels, mani and pedi....I still look like a beached whale. I asked DH how I look and he used the F word. (Of course he said it's a good thing bc that means our babies are growing....still.....ugh.)

Any places u recommend I can go look tomorrow? I tried Motherhood already but didn't find anything.

(Obviously this isn't me in the pic....this person looks trendy.)
