Last night = dream fulfilled
My friends and I got a room for all of us to karaoke in. Two people sang "I Had the Time of My Life" from Dirty Dancing. I'd been doing interpretive dances all night to the slow songs BUT during this one, someone yelled "lift" and then everyone lifted me like I was Baby.
Epic. Like -- magic.

We went to Duet 35 on 35th between 5th and 6th. It's all private rooms and you have to book in advance. Here's their site
Having a group in a private room was HILARIOUSSSS. The song selection was good and everyone just sang all of the songs and acted like fools because we all knew each other.
You will have fun fun FUNNNN but if you're going to sneak in liquor, try to be stealth about consuming it because they caught us and were UNHAPPY.
