My lower belly is like that Chat Icon

But my upper belly is where my pooch is and I am getting wide there, like under my braline. I needed a pair of maternity jeans already!

At 16 weeks, I definitely have a belly but I thought I would be alot bigger by now, but I am not complaining!

In due time. No pun intended.

Re: late 1st/ early 2nd tri ladies - anyone have a belly?

I already had a lower belly pouch, mainly because my abdominal muscles were cut during a surgery and because that is where I tend to put on weight. The top part of my stomach was basically flat but now I wonder if it puffs out a little bit. I'm almost 9 wks. I lost a few lbs right before getting PG and I still need a belt with my favorite jeans.

I'm 18 weeks and I definitely can see a little belly.

(I still think it's mostly my "bagel belly" from all the bagels I lived on in the first trimester)

But I think I am definitely thicker in the middle and when I wear a tight shirt I am starting to look a little pregnant!

If you look at belly progression pics, you will see me proudly showing what I thought was a bump at 14 wks, and in hindsight there was nothing friggin there - I didnt really start getting anything until after 20 wks, and most people noticed I was PG by my 7th month of pregnancy....

I had a small belly at 12 weeks...I thought it was bloat but it never went away, it only got bigger. You can see it in my album!

Well I'm at about week 21...I just started to truly notice a belly - but I had a lot of belly to begin with.
