Late 1st trimester stretching?

I've heard about round ligament pains, but I thought those pains were pretty low and close to the hip area. Occasionally, I get pain, sometimes sharp and sometimes more of a stretching feeling, much higher than that. It tends to be on the side, somewhere between my ribs and belly button. I'm almost 13 weeks. Has anyone experienced something similar?

I've been getting it lately as well...like its sore right around my ribs, like I did some sit ups, which believe you me, i didn't!!!
