Late AF - Confused and Hopeful
AF is two days late. This was the first month that i tracked my basal body temp along with using OPK. DH was traveling for a couple days around the time I thought I was ovulating. We BD'd before he left and when he came back. Turns out I ovulate later in my cycle than I originally thought.
Anyhow, I am late and don't really have symptoms besides feeling a little more wet/lubricated "down there". Still tracking temperature and it is still high but I have been sick the past 2 days. Starting to feel better today. Got a BFN on Saturday morning. Can I really be pregnant? How long will I need to wait to get a BFP?

Some people don't test positive right away. What type of test are you using?

Pregnancy test strips that came with the OPK from earlypregnancytests.com. Do you think I should try a regular over the counter?

Yes I would most likely buy over the counter. Are you counting 14 days after you ovulated as being late or just when you normally get AF

I used those tests when I got a BFP so I think they're pretty accurate. However, you can always try another brand.

This should be clearer.
The circles around the points are BD days. There is a BD day that may be hard to read at the bottom of the chart.
This is the first month I charted so I do not know how to read it but AF is going on 3 days late. Is it even possible that I am pregnant? Image Attachment(s):

there is no way for sure to tell by temping if you are pregnant....however, if your temps in the past few days have been dropping (i THINK that's what i see) - it's highly likely that you will get your period soon...

i was just counting based on when AF is due rather than DPO.
i will check out fertilityfriends.com
i hope my period does not come. i have enjoyed the past couple of days thinking i am pregnant. we will see what happens. our 1st wedding anniversary is sunday. i am hoping that I am pregnant and it is God's anniversary gift to us! we will see...

You really can't go by when AF is due because when AF is due is based on when you ovulate.
Based on your chart, I would guess that you ovulated on CD 20 - which would mean that AF is not late (if you have a normal LP) and she's actually due in 2 days.

I entered my info into fertilityfriend.com and it told me the same thing. i am going to start using its tracker from now on since it is a little easier to read.
my temperature dropped again this morning so i am expecting AF to come today or tomorrow. :(

AF came today :( with a vengeance! started at around midnight and woke up this morning with horrible cramps and backache. even my knees hurt at one point!
guess we will try again this month. holiday season is a good time for BD'g and baby making!
