Lateral moves?
Would you change jobs for the same job title with a similar salary at a company you'd to prefer to work for? Or try to build on the time you've spent (in my case 2+ years) at your current company and try to push for a promotion?

If the other company is a better atmosphere, I think I'd move. Is ther room for growth at the 2nd company?

There would have to be a lot of benefits at the other company for me to move.
Because whether they want to admit it or not, you would still be the new kid on the block.
