Laugh and Learn about Childbirth
I'm watching the Laugh and Learn about Childbirth video now and it's chock full of information!
I've always wondered what's effacement, braxton hicks and signs of labor and this video really goes through great lengths to explain in a fun way.
I highly recommend everyone going to the library and borrowing it. No need to go to class or buy the video.
I'm also gonna put a reserve on the Laugh and Learn about Newborn dvd too... :D

OMG I'm watching it now TOO!!!!!! Thanks to everyone who recommended it!! Our library didn't have it, so i ordered from amazon, and paid a whopping shipping fee to get it by today!! But still, its really helpful and I'm laughing (a little!) so this is GREAT!!!!

Re: Laugh and Learn about Childbirth
I recenty finished watching this video too. My library does not have the Breastfeeding or Newborn Care so I will be ordering those online. DH is starting a 2nd job so we will not have time to go to a class. These videos are a GREAT alternative.

Re: Laugh and Learn about Childbirth
Laugh and Learn? There is nothing funny about an epidural or the pain of contractions...
Good name though...

OMG, I panicked... because we lost disk 1 and the case after watching it
your thread reminded me and DH to look for it... DH just found it
I really want to re-watch the early and late labor portions when I am actually IN labor.... now I feel better knowing where it is

Re: Laugh and Learn about Childbirth
I'm just amazed by how much there is to learn about childbirth!
It's definitely a must watch not once but twice 'cus there's just too much info to absorb in one sitting.
Glad everyone thinks it's worth watching too!

Re: Laugh and Learn about Childbirth
I loved this DVD! So informative.
I also got the Newborn one, but that one is only about 45 minutes and has really basic stuff. Definitely not as good as the Childbirth one, but I still liked it. I just wish it had more stuff.

Re: Laugh and Learn about Childbirth
We got that one instead of going to classes.
It was perfect. Very informative, to the point and we could watch at our own convenience.
