laundry spinoff: washing jeans
How often do you wash your jeans after wearing them? I was debating this with a friend and want to know what other people do. I wash them every time I wear them or every other time if I only wore them for a very short period of time.

It really depends on the brand, the jean, the wash, the cut, etc. Sometimes they will just never fit the same after you wash them, sometimes they are tight after washing and then after walking around a bit go back to normal, sometimes the color fades and looks horrible, etc.

Depends on the jeans. Some of mine stretch out too much after 1 wearing so I wear them around the house a bit. I will definitely wear jeans several times before washing them. I don't necessarily count, but if they start to stretch out/not fit right, or if they get dirty at all, or if I just feel like "wow, I've been wearing these for awhile" I will wash them. I'll also just throw any jeans that have been worn at all in when I do a load of jeans.

once a week, on laundry. sometimes they will have been worn once, sometimes 3 times, sometimes every day but only for a few hours. I only have 2 real pair & one with paint on them though.

Every time... I can't get not washing your clothes after wearing them all day?? Maybe it is bc I am a teacher, but I always feel filthy when I get home.
But I'm also the one that washes her bras after every wear

Depends on how long I wore them for and what I did in them: yard work for 2 hours or clothes shopping for 2 hours?
Generally 2-4 wears, because as others mentioned, they lose their shape after a couple of wears.
