Leaking through diapers
I need help DS is constantly leaking through diapers. I'm currently using Pampers Swaddlers size 1, pull the tabs tight, point the pee-pee down etc...
What the heck am I doing wrong??

I just started using size 1's this week. At his doc appt last week he weighed 9lbs 6ozs

I don't always go by the weight on the package. Steven is always in a size above his weight. Maybe you just need the bigger size for bed time.
It's coming out of the top, right? By his back or side?

It is usually the back or side. It used to be only at night but today it happened during the day.

He might not be a swaddlers kid. My daughter is not a huggies kid, she leaked EVERYTIME, in huggies supreme she was alright in the other huggies but not he supremes. Maybe you need to try Huggies.

Swaddlers was good for me in size 1 but leaked in size 2. I now use baby dry size 3. Much better.
DS was in size 2 at 10 Lbs.

We just had to move up to size 2 also and DS is about 10 lbs.

DS would always leak through the side and the back in sz 1 and then one day it just stopped. He is 10lbs and just changing to size 1-2 but only because we ran out of sz 1 and had 1-2 in the house.

Same for us, but we switched to Huggies and she never leaks.

Aly never goes by the weight on the package - she is 21 lbs and the size 4s we use now say 22lb-28 lbs....and she has been wearing these for awhile. Probably since about 17 lbs....It always works for us that when she starts getting leaky diapers, its time to go up a size. GL!

Ryan always leaks with Pampers so we use Huggies.
