Leapster Explorer - Opinions needed from moms with kids using it
So DS will be 3 in February and I was thinking about getting him the Leapster Explorer for Christmas or his birthday. Figured if he was too young right now, then he can grow into it. The other thing is he likes to play with his cousin's Leapster already so I think he can learn to use the Explorer.
My question is, do you think he is too young for it? Also, if you have children who are using it, what games would he benefit from?

i was thinking of getting this for DD too who will be 3 in Jan. she uses my iphone just as well as i do and it looks like its the kiddie version of that lol

DS got a leapster at 3, it was perfect for him and he still uses it a lot at age 4.5
its not the explorer but if he didn't already have one i would buy the explorer

Which game did you get him? I am trying to figure out what is age appropriate because everything says 4-7 for games.
