Leaving a key with a professional cleaning company?
Would you feel comfortable enough to leave a key for a service (like Maid Brigade or Merry Maids)?
I am looking for a new company or person and with my schedule lately, I wouldn't be able to get home to let anyone in.
Not having a cleaning person right now is not an option.

I think I would... I would leave one for a contractor who was doing work, too.

i would NEVER. but i dont trust anyone. i know i would be sooo nervous the whole time i was out and someone else was in my home. and then i would probably come home and spend so much time looking through my house to make sure everything was there. but im crazy. LOL

They are there now....
The whole idea is for me to be involved as little as possible other than writing the check.
merry maids does bacground checks on all employees and i felt comfy after i met the crew the first time.

When i finish my dormer, I plan on having either a swipe card, magnetic card, or keypad on one of my entry doors for the cleaning crew.
This way no keys. When I want to fire somebody, don't have to worry about changing the locks. Just eliminate the code/card.
