Leaving tomorrow...Aloha!
Just wanted to pop on here and say "Aloha" to all of you.
We are leaving tomorrow very early. I am a nervous wreck. I HATE HATE HATE flying. I always hated it, but after 9/11 ( I was in Lower Manhattan and saw everything) it is much worse. I take "rescue remedy" (homeopathic remedy) to calm me down. DH is a big help on the flight but both of us are recovering from being sick (sinus infections). THANK GOD Grace did not get it.
Anyway, I am going to ask for prayers for a safe flight and that Grace will be good. It is a 13 hour flight with one layover. I am so nervous that Grace will be "that kid" that screams for hours. She is a really calm, fun kid normally, I just am nervous about the flights and my own issues w/flying are not helping.
I have packed, games, toys, DVDs, food, snacks, 4 changes of clothes, tons of diapers, wipes and diaper cream (all are under 3 oz). Am I forgetting anything? Any other advice? Sorry I am freaking out so bad. I just HATE flying. Thanks!

Have an awesome time. I hate flying probably just as much so I know how you feel. I will pray for a safe trip

I am so jealous. I love Hawaii. Have a wonderful time and a safe flight. You have flown to Hawaii w/ Grace before, how was it then? Anyway, please have a Mai Tai for me.

She was 9 months old and NOT walking yet. So, the flights were great.  She is 20 months now and running ALL over the place.

The rescue remedy is AWESOME stuff. You just put a couple of drops in you water bottle before and after you take off. It calms you down w/o you feeling groggy or like your head is disconnected from your body. Here's the link to their website:
