Leaving workers unattended - Spinoff...
I actually get more freaked out to be in the house alone with various repair people, phone installers, etc, etc...Part of it I'll admit is a slight fear, but part of it is because I've always lived in relatively small apartments and there's usually no where to go/nothing to do, but stand and watch over and it's really uncomfortable.
What do you DO when you stay at home while work people are there????

Dh is usually the one to be home so he'll try to do other work or yardwork while they're there. If he can't do that then he'll watch TV, read, do schoolwork, etc.

A few apratments ago I made jello shots in the kitchen wihile somone was asembling by bed frame in the bedroom!
When the cable guy come , he usually has questions, so I stay usually wander around straightening things, so I am around but not hovering.

The problem for me at the minute is that I am basically pidgeonholed in ONE ROOM with the baby and its driving me nutso! We only have a teeny small house and two of the rooms are filled with the other stuff from the kitchen, and only one of the rooms (the living room) has room for us!
So for the last two days Noah and I have sat in one room playing, watching tv, playing more, eating galaxy chocolate and watching "How Its Made" on telly! Tomorrow Daddy is home...Mummy is going out to get her nails done!!!
