i'm not sure if you plan to go for breakfast but the PB&J french toast is good, morning in the mission if you're into mexican. I really loved the sweet potato pancakes with marshmallow. I've had most of the breakfast menu and everything was good.

actually going for dinner but now I think I want breakfast, lol!!!!
our anniversary is tonight and a couple people recommended it cause they said the food is out of this world!

I have yet to go there for dinner even though technically i did win a free night of drinks and never even used it. But after eating there several times I would absolutely trust anything chef chris dreams up.

OMG - they are fab!
I was very unsure about their "Surf N Turf Mac and Cheese" ... holy crow it is just the best stuff on earth! Lobster and Braised short rib.. Yum.
And their scallops... I love this restaurant...Its a must do (several times over) in my book!

Left Coast Kitchen in Merrick?
Been there once and the food was very good. But it was very crowded and the tables are so close to each other that it was hard to get in and out of the table. The service was slow too.

I love this place. Can get crowded and service can be hit or miss, but never too bad. But the food is great. We have been a bunch of times. Great beer selection. I love their mac and cheese w/ lobster and short ribs. And they do a fabulous lobster roll - well fabulous for NY/LI. LOL Im very particular about lobster rolls. But theirs is superior to most others I have had on LI. I also find their prices to be very fair.
