leg pain
I keep waking up at night and my legs ache and are sore. I feel like I worked out without stretching. It really keeps me from sleeping. Has anyone else had this? Is this pg related? Anything I can do about it?

I'm achy too, but I think its because I have NOT been working out or streching like I used too. I miss the gym, but Dr. says I can't do anything to strenuous.

Yes, my legs have been very achy lately. Especially when I wake up in the morning. I keep telling DH that I feel like I ran a marathon!

I get achy, heavy-feeling legs when I try to get up and go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Don't they say our muscles and ligaments relax during pregnancy? Maybe this is why.

I think it has to do with the sciatica pain..at least for me any way...
The pain radiates down the back of my thighs...
Im Ok in the morning its more of a "Ive been sitting on the couch for too long" type of thing.
