Leg problem
Ok so for a while now I have been feeling like I have a cramp in my right quad when I stand or walk for too long. Lately though - it has been constant...and painful.
When I touch it, its kind of numb actually - its burning and really hurts....
anyone experience anything like this??

I get leg cramps (charlie horses) usually in the morning,
dont get them all the time but when I do they are usually bad.....
havent really gotten them from walking long, so maybe different,
hope you are feeling better
