The first named partner would definitely want his assistant to have experience!
However, from what I heard, they just let a girl go. She was more of a general purpose clerk--dont know if they'd want experience for that position (it would also include switchboard coverage).
I dont know what you do know but if you're interested in a job change let me know and I'll keep my eyes open for you!

Where do you live? It is a "reverse commute"
P.S. The office is closed today and all scheduled employees (including part-time/hourly) are paid for the day
